I’m Jasmin, CEO and Founder of With Intent, a sustainable fashion brand born out of my passion for making sustainability approachable and accessible!
The modern day sustainability movement has often left black and brown people out of the conversation and without access to sustainable products.
Ironically, especially in the fashion industry, black and brown people are being disproportionately impacted by non-sustainable practices that can cause cancers, respiratory illnesses, birth defects and more in low-income communities.
"Sustainability" is often talked about in terms of impact on the planet or people in other countries, so I was surprised to learn of all of the ways our people are negatively impacted by the products that are often pushed to us.
As I tried to be more intentional with my consumption, I found that many of the more “sustainable” options didn't feel inclusive or affordable. And like me, most of my friends and family had no idea sustainability was such an issue for us right here, right now.

WHAT ARE WE ABOUT?
We are changing what "sustainable fashion" looks like. Why can't regular ish just be made sustainably? Right?
We hope to spark more curiosity and dialogue around sustainability with people who are typically excluded from sustainability information and conversation so that we can advocate for better/healthier products and environments in our communities, With Intent.
WHO ARE WE FOR?
With Intent is made for the intentional, those who are making choices everyday to manifest the life they want to live AND the world they want to live in.
That doesn’t mean making “perfect” choices. It means making the best choices we can each day.
It means we Live on Purpose. We Live With Intent.
